i have been using quinoa since just 5days.but found amazing results.my weight is losing,and I cn feel tht clearly.quinoa is an alternative fr rice and i couldn’t leave rice so now i hv got the better alternative of it and its a tummy filler too.i work all day with this 3 tbsp quinoa.it gives u instant energy which lasts all day almost.i would say everyone should buy it frm nazia as she gets it cleaned before delivering
